Today I was poking around the web and I ran into http://www.enlargement-reviews.com/, a web site devoted to teaching people about penis enlargement. Micropenis

What exactly is a micropenis? A micropenis is classified as a penis that when erect has a length of less than 7 centimeters or just over 2 inches and is otherwise formed normally. The cause for micropenis can be from deficiency of pituitary growth hormones, mild degrees of androgen insensitivity, a variety of genetic syndromes, and variations in certain genes. If treated early, some types of micropenis can be addressed during childhood.

Warming up your Penis before Penis Enlargement Exercises

There are a lot of tricks to penis enlargement, and one of them is to warm up your penis before performing a penis enlargement exercise. The theory behind the warm-up is that you've allowed the cells to expand to their largest (at the time of the exercise) possible size, allowing for more blood flow into the penis and thus better results versus not performing a warm-up procedure.

To perform the warm-up you need a cloth and warm water. The hotter the water the better, but don't burn yourself. Make sure that the cloth you use is of ample size to cover both your penis and genitals. When the towel is soaked with warm water, apply it to the penis and genitals for one minute. Once a minute has elapsed, reheat the towel in warm water to bring the temperature back up, and reapply it. You will want to repeat this for about three to four times, as the heat will transfer from the towel to your penis each time until finally you reach an equilibrium where reapplying is no longer advantageous.

The next thing you want to do is force blood into the penis. To do this, find somewhere comfortable to sit in an upright position. What you will be doing is "milking" your penis with your thumb and index finger, so you may wish to use some type of lubricant to make this easier. Start the motion off at the base of your penis, and stroke outward toward the head. You will want to milk your penis for several minutes, or until you are ready to begin your chosen penis enlargement exercise, by first starting off flacid and making each stroke last for about two seconds (repeating the outward stroke each time), all the way up to an erect state. As your penis starts to get harder, apply more pressure with your fingers as it's harder to push the blood into the opened up cells when you use the same amount of force as you were originally applying when you had a flacid penis.

Jelqing to a Larger Penis

Jelqing is a penis enlargement method that is executed by exercising the muscle and other tissues in the penis by a technique commonly referred to as "milking." Jelqing involves wrapping the thumb and index finger (think of the "okay" hand gesture) around the penis while semi-erect and repeatedly drawing it away from your body to force blood into the glans, thus encouraging more vascularity (visible veins) in the corpus cavernosa and associated tissues.

As with anything you do, risks are there. Burst blood vessels, sometimes causing bleeding from the urethra (which can lead to infection and other complications if not taken care of), and temporary or even permanent erectile dysfunction can happen if you try too hard. Don't try to rip your penis off when jelqing! You need only to apply a decent amount of force when milking the penis.

Jelqing is usually started off with a hot compress (such as a moist towel) applied to the penis, and concluded the same way. The reasoning behind the warm-up mimics the normal operation of the biological processes of the penis during the four stages of arousal. The third stage is heat. At this stage the smooth muscles of the glans can easily expand to their present greatest potential size.

Jelqing is traditionally a free technique, although there are products that help mimic the motion. However, with a little bit of practice, these devices are not necessary.
